MASTER THEODOR “TED JR.” DOUGLAS BREZNIK, beloved son to Ted and Amy and brother to Josh, passed away at the Alberta Children’s Hospital in Calgary on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 after complications with a blood disorder called ITP, at the age of 14 years.
Ted Jr. was born in Taber on April 17, 1998 and grew up in Taber attending St. Patrick’s and St. Mary’s Schools. Ted Jr. and his family recently moved to Lethbridge where he was currently in grade 9 at St. Francis School. He was an avid “Yu-Gi-Oh” player and succeeded to the regional level. He was quick to make friends and crack a joke. He always left a mark or imprint on people where ever he went. Even in his death, Ted Jr. is helping others as an organ donor, he potentially will save the lives of six people.
The Breznik family is extremely proud of Ted Jr. and the life he lived and the lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
Besides his parents Ted and Amy and brother Josh, he is survived by his grandparents Stuart and Sidney Beamer of Ridgeville, ON and Ted and Donna Breznik of Brighton, ON and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Vigil Rites (Prayers) will be held at 7:00pm on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at ST. AUGUSTINE’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5009 – 48 Ave, TABER.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Monday, November 26, 2012 at ST. AUGUSTINE’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5009 – 48 Ave, TABER, with Father Vincent Tuan Ha officiating. Interment to follow in the Mountain View Cemetery, Lethbridge.
