Del was the nucleus of a web of a large centre of influences, everyone from academics, tradesmen, business and service professionals in the City of Lethbridge. If you were fortunate enough to be acquainted with Del, the doors to these centres were opened to you. Del’s heart was as big as the projects he completed for this city.
