“Ricky” Smith (pictured on our wedding day) died peacefully in Sechelt with his spouse Nick Tattersall beside him. His joyful soul will live on in each of us. Our gratitude to those who love Rick; friends and family are treasures. You know who you are – too many to mention! Thanks to the nurses and caregivers everywhere. Rick was predeceased by his father, Derrill F. Smith. He would appreciate donations to the SPCA. “A friend is one who knows you and loves you just the same.” E. Hubbard

Rick has always been so very welcoming and warm to all who crossed his path. A welcome was always extended from him when I visited Vancouver and he took the time to foster and care for his friendships, supporting my family in their endeavors. You will be missed my friend.
