SHANNON KOREN SERA, beloved wife of Randy Sera of Lethbridge passed away at home on Monday, January 6, 2014 at the age of 39 years. She is the loving daughter of Sabine (Michael) Anderson of Lethbridge and Dennis (Marion) Kambeitz of Coaldale. She is also lovingly remembered by her sisters Heidi (Rene) DeHeer and their children Tyler, Mackenzie and Riley, and Nicole (Derek) Karl; Randy’s parents Frank (Justine) Sera of Lethbridge; brother-in-law Kevin (Carole) Sera; sisters-in-law Carmen (Wayne) Trockstad and Leigh-Ann Sera, and step- grandparents Glenn and Pat Anderson. Shannon was predeceased by her mother-in-law Laurie Sera, grandparents Wilhelm and Ottilie Lehmann, and Kasper and Florence Kambeitz. Shannon was a young beautiful woman striving to become a talented esthetician. Early in her career progressing health issues, stemming from diabetes, hampered her from continuing. Reluctant to give in, Shannon turned her focus to her love for pets, to being “Auntie Shannon” to her niece and nephews, and most of all to being a dear and loving wife to Randy. Shannon’s thoughtfulness to others was enormous as no one’s birthday or special occasion was missed without a phone call, greeting card, or a big hug. Time shared with Shannon was precious to everyone She was a trooper who fought to live her life every day. We all love and miss you Shannon!
