Edward Charles Crowe of Lethbridge passed away peacefully on November 22, 2014, at the age of 79 years. Edward is survived by his loving wife Georgeana, his two brothers Harvey and George, his four children Kyle, Trina, Sherry and Linda, his stepchildren, grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Ed Crowe was born in Qu\’Appelle, Saskatchewan and received his education there. A self-taught artist, Ed has enjoyed this pastime since his retirement in 1994. His farm upbringing and 52 years as a Lethbridge resident are reflected in his work, which reflect landscapes and landmarks. His work has been featured at the Galt Gift Shop, the Blackfoot Art Gallery and the Penny Coffee House. His presence will be missed by many. Cremation has taken place. There will be no formal service at Ed’s request.

Mr. Crowe was an amazing artist! I loved his artwork and was very happy to see a local artist painting local themes! I am very sad to hear of his passing, and hope for all the best to his family!

My mother in law just passed away and left us a painting done by Ed Crowe. It is very beautiful and look forward to hanging it in our livingroom.
