Any role Donna took on, she was the world’s best, whether it was mother, daughter, sister, wife or friend. She was well known and loved for her smiling face as a cashier and bakery clerk at Safeway. Donna will be greatly missed by all.
Donna’s body may have given up the fight, but she never did. She was a strong, compassionate, caring, and generous woman. The family wishes to thank all of the people involved in helping Donna with this battle. She had an endless amount of doctors and nurses in both Calgary and Lethbridge who took excellent care of her.
A Celebration of Donna’s Life will be held at the ROCKY MOUNTAIN TURF CLUB (Grandstand, 3rd Floor, Centennial Room) – 3401 Parkside Drive South, Lethbridge, AB. from 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. with a service commencing at 6:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes to send Donations in Donna’s name directed to Cancer research to either the Tom Baker Cancer Center: 1331 29 Street Northwest, Calgary, AB T2N 4N2 or to the Jack Ady Cancer Center: 960 19 St S, Lethbridge, AB T1J 1W5, where Donna was taken care of these last five years.
