  3. Doug manderville says:

Although I only had the privilege of knowing Darry for the past five years, I feel truly blessed to have called him a friend. In that time, we shared countless laughs and great memories—from Wing Wednesdays, onion rings, and trash can nachos to jokingly sending each other invoices whenever one of us did the other a favour.
Darry was a very special man. He always had time to listen and was never hesitant to offer a shoulder to lean on when someone needed support. His kindness, humour, and genuine care for others made a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
I can still hear him saying, “Who does that?” or “Don’t tell Sharon I said that,” followed by that familiar grin. Those are the moments I will cherish and remember most.
