FUJITA In Loving Memory of Dale Fujita It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dale Fujita, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and founder of Kustom Autobody. Dale passed away peacefully on July 1, 2026, with his devoted wife, Carol, by his side.
Dale was the loving husband of Carol Fujita, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, partnership, and unwavering support. Together they built a beautiful family and countless cherished memories.
He was the proud and devoted father of Kevin Fujita and Jeff Fujita. Dale’s greatest joy was his family, and nothing brought him more happiness than spending time with his five grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in his heart. He loved them unconditionally and treasured every moment they shared together.
As the founder of Kustom Autobody, Dale built more than a successful business – he built a reputation for honesty, craftsmanship, and treating people with respect. His dedication to his work and the relationships he formed over the years left a lasting impression on his employees, customers, and the community.
Away from the shop, Dale was an avid golfer who found peace and enjoyment on the course. Whether sharing a round with friends or simply enjoying the game, golf was one of his lifelong passions.
Those who knew Dale will remember him as an amazing husband, a caring father, a proud grandfather, and a loyal friend. His quiet strength, generosity, sense of humor, and unwavering love for his family will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
Dale’s legacy lives on through the family he cherished, the business he built, and the countless lives he touched. Though he is no longer with us, his love, values, and example will continue to guide those who knew him.
He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Cedar Room at the Sandman Signature Hotel (320 Scenic Dr S, Lethbridge, AB T1J 4B4) on Monday, July 6, 2026 at 2:00pm.
