SOLOMON In loving memory of SHELDON SOLOMON, age 66, who passed away in Lethbridge after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, June 28th, 2026. He was the son of Mary and Elmer Solomon.
Sheldon’s greatest joy was his family; wife Linda, daughter Nicole (Miguel), son Stuart (Tina), and four incredible grandchildren – Dominick, Brandon, Jordan and Mackenzie.
He is survived by his loving sister Gail (Rick), nephews Derrick and Brandon, and grandnephew Hayden; sister-in-law Linda, nephews Jason (Angie), and Ian (Samantha) and grandnieces Jenna and Brianna.
He was predeceased by his brother Brian.
Sheldon had a ‘bigger than life’ presence. His witty sense of humor brought laughter to those around him. He was a passionate leader that strived for excellence. He was employed at Southern Aero Aviation – he couldn’t wait to go to work every day with the guys!
Many memorable moments include his marriage to Linda, the birth of his children and grandchildren, Christmas time, family celebrations, hosting parties, Hurricanes games, camping in his RV, travelling, cruising in his Dodge Ram truck, graduation from College in Accounting (with Distinction,) and his German Shephard, Blue Belle.
Sheldon leaves behind a legacy of happy memories, wisdom, laughter and kindness.
A Celebration of Sheldon’s life will be held for family and friends at a later date.
