HANSEN Our beautiful, fiesty mother, Rolande Hansen (nee Chabot), (Beauchesne), born Nov 16, 1930, has left to meet her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, in her 96th year. She will be missed by her 7 children, (Emile Beauchesne), and 2 step children (Clifford Hansen) as well as spouses and 22 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren. She wants to meet them all in heaven. There will be a celebration of her life to be announced for early this fall. The family also wishes to thank the loving staff at Park Meadows for her end of life care.

Your Mom had such a profound impact on my faith walk. I always loved it when she came to Sk to visit. She was so easy to talk to. She knew how to listen and how to share. She had such a gentle, peaceful presence. I remember all our conversations would end by talking about Jesus. A woman of great faith! So blessed to have known such a beautiful soul! Will miss you, till we meet in heaven!
My heartfelt condolences to you all. I remember Rolande well from years ago as the mother of my friend Carol. She was beautiful, warm and strong. Love to her family and friends.

I feel so blessed and honoured to have had the opportunity to meet your beautiful mother. One of the things that touched my heart most was seeing how she would sing praises to the Lord with you during your daily FaceTime visits.
Her unwavering faith, joy, and love for Jesus were such an encouragement.

Rolande was next door to my husband Erik in cottage 2, Park Meadows and they shared walking up and down the halls there. Rolande was a classy lady and we are happy to have known her and the wonderful family that came to visit her in a regular basis. She is at peace now, no pain or confusion now and I am happy for her.
