BISSONETTE DAVID “BUZZ” ROY KENNETH BISSONETTE, beloved husband of Alice, passed away at home on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at the age of 82 years, just 4 days shy of their 63rd wedding anniversary.
Besides his loving wife Alice, Buzz is survived by his son David (April) and his children: Rhianna and Dane (and their mother Anita); son Walter (Angela) and their children: Marisa, Stephanie (David) and their daughter Charlotte, Makayla (Evan), Samara (Ben), Bredanna (Evan), Sunshine, Eric, Benjamin and Cyanne; son Robert; and son Peter and children: Catherine and Emily; David’s siblings: John (Barb), Sandra, and Alvin; sisters-in-law Linda (John), and Molly (Jake); daughter-in-law Tammy and her children: Emma and Aden; and family friend Ben, who was always there for Dad.
He was predeceased by his parents Clifford and Ethel, and siblings: Carl (Joan), Wayne, Lauretta, Kevin and Conrad; and sister-in-law Florence Mason.
Buzz loved working at Fording River for 30 years, with his cousins Chris and Barry, and enjoyed visiting with his good friend Allan Gonneau. A special thank you to home care who helped with Dad over the last 10 years.
A Prayer Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2825 – 32 Street South, Lethbridge, AB, on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
