STEWART Anne passed away peacefully on Friday morning, September 18, 2026. She was in Edmonton, attending her sixtieth nursing class reunion at the University of Alberta when she sustained an injury. When she passed, she was with her husband Cal Stewart, surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren who loved her dearly.
The funeral will be held in Lethbridge; more details will be shared next week.

I heard about Anne’s passing and wanted to let you know I’m thinking about you and your family. Although my time with you and your family was many years ago, I think about you often and recognize the positive influence you, Ann and your kids had on my mental, physical and spiritual development. My heart goes out to you all at this time of loss.

Anne was a brilliant, smiling, funny, and loving woman. An accepting, assisting, and accurate person, Anne often gave me “cousin” advice. She will be missed by all.
