ROGALSKY, Ken “Kenner”

ROGALSKY KEN “KENNER” ROGALSKY, of Coaldale, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at the age of 76 years, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Ken will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Dorit; children Trina (Darcy) Welsch, Kevin Rogalsky and Julie (Colin) Gnyp; grandchildren Gavin, Lukas, Morgan, Alexa and Logan; siblings Linda (Darryll) Graber, Warren (Louise Eamon) Rogalsky, Vic (Doreen) Rogalsky and Elsie (Grant) Rombough; siblings-in-law Pete Loewen, Dave Overn, Harald (Linda) Schmiegelt and Werner (Janet Welsh) Schmiegelt; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, Jacob and Helen Rogalsky; sisters Molly and Lenora; brother Ed Rogalsky; sisters-in-law Margaret Rogalsky and Marion Perkins; and mother-in-law Anneliese Schmiegelt.
Kenner founded Kenner Electric in 1981 and built a successful career. He was also an active member of his community, supported local hockey, volunteered with boards, and enjoyed time playing golf, pickleball, volleyball and curling. He will be remembered for his sense of humour, and, above all, his devotion to his family and grandchildren.
A Celebration of Kenner’s Life will be held at COALDALE MENNONITE CHURCH, 2316 – 17 Street, Coaldale, AB, on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 2:00 P.M.
