OSTBY February 8, 1952 – September 23, 2026 RANDALL CLARENCE OSTBY passed peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at the age of 74 years.
Randy is survived by his three children Ryan, Brooke, and Scott; his brothers Owen, Darwin, Marlon; his sister Angie; ex-wife Lori, and cousin Garth.
Randy was an artist, musician, and lover of food.

So sorry for your loss Ostby family. I went to school with Randy and was a good friend of his. I loved his cartoon drawings specially the Rat Fink ones. He also paled a great bass guitar, too bad we couldn’t make a go of the band. Wish I could have met his family. He’s a great man and will be missed. RIP Randy…
