August 29, 1921 – Sep 20, 2014
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, at Langley Memorial Hospital, of complications following pneumonia. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Dianna, Kathy (Terry) and Tim (Mary) as well as her grandsons Kevin (Mandi) and Kelly (Caitlin) and two great grandchildren, Talan and Brooklynn, as well as her much loved sister Evelyn and brother Harry, her nieces and nephews and a host of friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband Ben in 1991 and she is also survived by his sister Alma, brother Archie, and sisters-in-law Lynn and Norma. As were her wishes, a graveside service was held, and her ashes laid to rest beside our Dad. If you wish, donations in her memory may be made to the Medicine Hat SPCA: 55 Southwest Dr. SW T1A 8E8 or to the charity of your choice.
I was sorry to read of your loss. Your mother was truly a lovely lady whom I had upmost respect for.
Sorry for your loss, Marion was such a special person. We appreciated her friendship.
She will be missed.

We will remember Marian for her warm smile and generous nature. Whether “hosting” the neighborhood Redcliff kids who would turned her yard or house into a playground or watching her family and friends relationships develop and expand in numbers. She took joy in all of these events.
We feel lucky for having known her and our thoughts are with Marian’s family.
