I can’t imagine your pain. My thoughts and prayers are with you so that up can live with the happy memories and in time smile. I wish I could be there with you Saturday but unfortunately I am miles away. Love to you all.
Thank you to the Martin family for sharing your wonderful Son, Grandfather, Father, and Friend with the rest of the Universe. Byron was, and remains, a beacon of light in a very confusing time. I enjoyed seeing his
contaigous smile and good nature whenever I visited my local (and only) Safeway in Medicine Hat. My sincere condolences. 🙏
Sad day it is to see another friendly sole pass on to early in life,
Our deepest condolences to Byron’s friends and family.
I knew Byron while I was a teenager and young adult working at the Crescent Heights Safeway. I will always remember him (while I was being trained) telling us not to eat the produce. That same day while walking into the back room I saw Byron, large as life, stuffing his face with a giant piece of watermelon he had lobbed off. Our eyes met and he had a big grin on his face and said something like “testing the quality”. We will all miss him.
We’ll miss his smile when we walk into the hill Safeway. Cheerful, positive, great smile.
He will be missed.
My deepest condolences to Sharon & Family. I hadn’t seen Byron for a few years but I will always remember his big smile & happy greeting whenever we met. He will be missed.
