JOYCE BULBECK 1940 ~ 2026 Mrs. Joyce Geraldine Bulbeck (nee Heid), beloved wife of the late Ernest ‘Duke’ Bulbeck, passed away at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice in Medicine Hat on Monday, May 25, 2026, at the age of 86 years. Left to carry on Joyce’s legacy are her children, Bonnie Bulbeck (Terry Neudorf), Jeff (Janice) Bulbeck and Lana (Bill) Foth; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four siblings as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
