ROBERTA WENZEL 1958 ~ 2026
It is with the deepest sadness that we share the passing of our beautiful Mom, Roberta. Our hearts are broken, and there are no words that can truly express how deeply we will miss her. Mom was the heart of our family, and saying goodbye to her so early is something we never dreamed we would have to do. Her love, her presence, and the memories she gave us will stay with us forever. She had such a rare and beautiful relationship with her husband, Lydell and the love they shared was something truly precious. She adored her children, Michael (Natalia) and Eryn, and the bond we had with her was one of life’s greatest gifts. She was our mom, our comfort, our safe place, and someone we could always turn to. She always made us feel incredibly special and loved. She leaves behind her grandchildren, Celine and Layla Comeau & Micah and Amalia Wenzel as well as her mother-in-law, Lois Wenzel and Jackie McLeod. Also, her two precious sisters, Kim Janzen (Don) and Jan Karr (Jim) and her three beautiful nieces, Krista, Jessame, and Chelsea. Mom loved her friends deeply. She cherished the people who were part of her life, the conversations, the laughter, the memories, and the connections she made along the way. She had a way of making the people she loved feel so incredibly important and celebrated. While we are heartbroken that she is no longer with us, we are grateful for the love and beautiful memories she leaves behind. We will carry her with us in our hearts always.
We invite family and friends to join us as we celebrate her life and honour the wonderful woman, she was.
Please join us as we celebrate the life of a very special woman and honour the love she gave so freely to all of us.
